It is not a structural survey and it is not a replacement for a chartered surveyor — it is an hour of James's time walking your building with you, pointing out what is working, what is at risk, and what is urgent versus what can wait.

You receive a written summary within seven days covering the main observations, a one-page priority list for the next two years, and our frank opinion on whether you need further specialist input.

Available within a 60-mile radius of Lewes. For properties further afield, we can arrange a review bundled with a site visit at standard project rates.
